上海市儿童计划免疫与乙型肝炎疫苗免疫接种率及其影响因素调查分析

根据卫生部的统一安排,上海市于1999年8月7～15日,开展了儿童计划免疫与乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗免疫接种率及其影响因素的调查.本次调查随机抽取了841名适龄儿童,调查结果显示,上海市婴儿卡介苗免疫接种率为100%,口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗全程免疫接种率为99.88%,百日咳白喉破伤风联合疫苗全程免疫接种率为99.88%,麻疹疫苗免疫接种率为99.76%,乙肝疫苗全程免疫接种率为99.76%.调查发现,地区、经济收入水平和儿童家长/监护人受教育程度对本市儿童计划免疫与乙肝疫苗免疫接种率无影响,但儿童家长/监护人对计划免疫、乙肝和乙肝疫苗相关知识的认知程度以及儿童家长/监护人对乙肝疫苗收费的可接受程度上有一定的影响.

A Survey on Immunization Coverage Rates and Affecting Factors of Fou r EPI Vaccines and Hepatitis B Vaccine amon g Children in 1999 in Shanghai

According to the Ministry of Health,a survey on immunization coverage rates and affecting factors of four EPI vaccines and Hepatitis B (HB) vaccine among children was carried out in shanghai from 7,Aug to 15,Aug in 1999 841 eligible subjects were involved by stratified multistage random sampling Among them,qualified coverage rate for BCG was 100%,for OPV was 99 88%(whole course),for DPT was 99 88%(whole course),for MV was 99 76%,for HB vaccine was 99 76%(whole course) The immunization coverage rates of four EPI vaccines and HB vaccine either in different economic developing areas or in parents/guardians with different education levels showed no difference, but the different economic development and the different education level of the parents/guardians produced impact on the acknowledge of EPI and HB,and besides, the acceptability of the charges of HB vaccine was also one of the affecting factors
