| 摘 要： | 目的：观察克狼灵对系统性红斑狼疮动物模型的效果并探讨其作用机理。方法：采用了诱导型移植物抗宿主反应(GVHR)狼疮样小鼠模型，设立对照组，进行了14周的系统观察。结果：克狼灵能降低小鼠模型的自身抗体和尿蛋白水平，改善其肾脏病理变化，对脾指数无明显影响。结论：克狠灵对SLE的作用机制与强的松不同，可能与神经一内分泌-免疫网络系统有关，值得进一步深入系统研究。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of KeLangLing decoction to SLE-like mice model and study its mechanisms.Methods:Induced gr aft-versus-host reaction (GVHR) SLE-like mice were used as models and were ob served 14 weeks in different control groups.Results:The results showed KeLan gLing decoction reduced the level of auto-antibody and urine protein,ameliora te d model mice kidney pathological changes and had no effect on spleen index.Concl usions:The mechanisms of KeLangLing on SLE were different from meticorten,pr obably had relation with nerve-endocrine-immunological network and needed deep and systemic research. |
