| 摘 要： | 目的：观察疏肝健胃方对小鼠胃排空、肠推进运动的影响。方法：以西沙必利、蒸馏水为对照组(正常对照组)，疏肝健胃方分为3个剂量组，观察5组色素在小鼠胃内的残留比及幽门括约肌至色素最前端及至盲肠的距离比。结果：3组中药及西沙必利均能促进胃肠运动。结论：疏肝健胃方可通过改善患者的胃肠运动来达到治疗功能性消化不良的目的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of Shuganjianwei Decoction (SD) on the murine gastric evacuation and intestinal propelling.Methods:Three groups of mice were treated with different dose of SD,and two groups treated respectively with Cisapride and distilled water were set up as the control groups.The residue of pigment in stomach and the ratio of the distance between sphincter muscle and cecum to the distance between sphincter muscle and pigment were observed.Results:Different dose of SD and Cisapride could promote the gastrointestinal motivation.Conclusion:Dyspepsia could be treated by SD through improving the gastrointestinal motivation. |
