摘    要:目的 分析陪护人员与病人及家属之间产生纠纷的原因,正确认识陪护纠纷的特点,完善医院管理,采取积极的应对措施,减少和避免陪护与病人间冲突的发生,提高陪护工作质量.方法 分析2009年1-10月间发生的146起陪护纠纷事件.结果 在陪护纠纷中,陪护员、病人及家属任何一方的责任都是不可忽视的.结论 完善陪护人员管理制度,不断提高其素质,能使陪护人员更好地为病人和社会服务.

Abstract:Objective To analysis the causes of disputes between professional caregivers and patients and relatives, correctly recognize its characteristics, perfect hospital management, take active measures to reduce and avoid disputes between companies and patients and to imprive the company quality. Methods Totally, 146 disputes were analyzed between January and October, 2009. Results The responsibilities of both professional caregivers and patients can not be ignored among the disputes. Conclusions Perfecting management system and improving company quality can make the accompanying staff work better for patients and social services.
