大面积烧伤患者红细胞Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性与红细胞变形性的关系

摘    要:目的 研究大面积烧伤患者早期红细胞变形能力与Na+ K+ ATP酶之间的变化和联系。方法 采用核孔滤膜法测定红细胞变形能力 ,应用定磷法测定红细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶活性。结果 大面积烧伤患者早期红细胞变形能力低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,而Na+ K+ ATP酶高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,且二者呈负相关。结论 红细胞膜上Na+ K+ ATP酶活性改变是影响大面积烧伤患者早期红细胞变形能力的重要因素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between red cell defermatility of burnt patients with extensive area in early stage and Na++-K++-ATP exchanging ATPase.Methods Percolate was used to measure red cell defermatility,and detecting Pi was used to measure the Na++-K++-ATP exchanging ATPase.Results Red cell defermatility in early stage of extensive area was lower than normal group (P<0.01), and Na++-K++-ATP exchanging ATPase was higher than normal group (P<0.01) and Na++-K++-ATP exchanging ATPase was negative correlation with red cell defermatility.Conclusion Na++-K++-ATP exchanging ATPase is an important factor for red cell defermatility.
