| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨外伤性多发性颅内血肿的治疗。方法:回顾性分析2002年～2006年收治的29例外伤性多发性颅内血肿患者资料,其中手术治疗21例,保守治疗8例。结果:根据GOS评分,恢复良好18例,中度残废3例,重度残废5例,植物生存1例,死亡2例。结论:选择正确的治疗方案,必要时手术清除颅内血肿,有效控制各种不利因素是多发性颅内血肿救治成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the treatment of traumatic multi intercranial hematoma.Methods:The data of 29 patients admitted in from 2002 to 2006 with traumatic multi intercranial hematoma were retrospectively analyzed.21 patients were underwent surgery,the other 8 patients were treated without operation.Results:According to the Glasgow Outcome Scale,good recovery was reached in 18 patients,moderate disability 3 patients,severe disability 5 patients,vegetative state 1 patients and 2 patients were died.Conclusion:Selecting right treatment plan,riding intercranial hematoma if necessary,controlling all sorts of disbennifit factor effectively might be the key in treating traumatic multi intercranial hematoma. |
