| Abstract: | We describe a patient with hip pain who had a painful solitary pelvic bone lesion with a lytic, permeative appearance and minimal periosteal reaction, despite a relatively large soft tissue mass. Histologic examination and thorough evaluation revealed this solitary tumor to be a primary non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the bone. |
