个性化整体护理对无偿献血者的影响

目的探讨实施个性化整体护理对无偿献血者的影响。方法对2005年29837名献血者实施个性化整体护理(从献血者选择开始献血,医护人员开始对献血者实施心理护理至献血完成)。观察无偿献血者发生献血反应人数以及固定献血者人数,并与2004年29818名献血者未实施整体护理相比较。结果发生献血反应的人数由2004年553人下降至2005年的83人,二者有显著性差异。2005年固定献血者人数达2808人,占无偿献血者人数9.4%,2004年固定无偿献血者人数为1198人,占无偿献血者人数4.0%,二者有显著性差异。结论对无偿献血者实施个性化的整体护理可以减少献血反应,扩大固定献血者队伍。

The Effect of Individually Integrated Nursing to Voluntary Blood Donors

Objective To explore the effect of individually integrated nursing to voluntary blood donors. Methods Nursing 29837 blood donors in year 2005(From the beginning to the end, the blood donors were taken good care by paramedics),and observed how many people hod blood donate reaction and how many people donated blood regularly, and compared that to the result of the 29818 blood donors who didn't have individually integrated nursing in year 2004.Results The people who have blooddonate reaction has come down from 553 in 2004 to 83 in 2005,it is notable between the two year; The number of regular blood donors in 2005 is 2808,9.4% of the whole , while that in 2004 in 1198, 4.0% of the whole, it has distinct difference two. Conclusion Nursing blood donors individually and integrated an decrease blood donate reaction and enlarge the rank of blood donors.
