摘    要:目的:观察咖啡酸片对非重型再生障碍性贫血(NSAA)患者的临床疗效,并探讨其对NSAA患者骨髓血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法:选择NSAA患者60例随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组用西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用咖啡酸片治疗。并设20例健康人作正常对照。观察各组临床疗效,并分别于治疗前后采用原位杂交方法检测NSAA患者骨髓小粒中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达情况。结果:治疗后咖啡酸组疗效与对照组有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。骨髓小粒中VEGF的表达:治疗前两组间无明显差异,但均较健康组明显降低,治疗后两组均较治疗前明显增高,且治疗组VEGF表达明显高于对照组。结论:在常规治疗的基础加用咖啡酸片,不仅提高NSAA患者的疗效,且能明显升高骨髓VEGF的表达水平。

A clinical study on impact of caffeic acid tablets on bone marrow VEGF of NSAA patients
Abstract:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy for treating non-severe aplastic anemia (NSAA) patients with caffeic acid tablets, and then explore its impact on vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) of NSAA patients. Methods: 60 NSAA patients were randomly divided into control and treatment group, 30 cases in each group. Control group with conventional modem medicine treatment, treatment group treated with caffeic acid tablets more. Added 20 healthy people as standard. Observed the clinical efficacy of each group, and detected the VEGF expression of NSAA patients by situ hybridization before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the efficacy of treatment group has a significant differences (P〈0.05) than the control group. No significant difference for the expression of VEGF in the bone marrow particles between the two groups before treatment and decreased significantly compared with the healthy group, after treatment, the expression of VEGF of the two group was significantly higher than pre-treatment, and the expression in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusion: The treatment of NSAA which was treated with caffeic acid tablets based on the conventional treatment can significantly improve the efficacy of the treatment of NSAA patients and significantly increased the expression of VEGF in bone marrow.
