微螺钉种植体不同植入方式的临床效果观察

摘    要:目的通过微螺钉种植体植入的不同角度,观察微螺钉种植体的稳定性,为临床治疗提供一定的理论依据。方法选取临床上需内收前牙的正畸患者,分成以垂直于牙槽骨面和与牙槽骨成30°、60°角度三组植入微螺钉种植体,每组各22例,每例植入2颗微螺钉种植体。于植入后4周开始加载力150 g,比较施力前后微螺钉种植体稳定性的差异。结果 4周后加载力的情况下,30°角度植入微螺钉种植体松动脱落8颗,成功率81.8%;60°角度植入微螺钉种植体松动脱落2颗,成功率95.5%;垂直于牙槽骨面植入微螺钉种植体松动脱落10颗,成功率77.3%。结论微螺钉种植体分别以垂直牙槽骨面植入、与牙槽骨面成30°、60°角度植入情况下,临床稳定性以与骨皮质成60°角度植入最佳,建议临床医师多选择以此种方式植入微螺钉种植体。

Abstract:Objective Through different implanted angle of the micro-screw implants, observed the micro-screw implants stability to provide certain theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods The subjects were the orthodontic patients who should be treated clinically to strengthen anchorage in maxillary to adduct anterior teeth. The microscrew implants were implanted respectively into alveolar bone vertically or with the angles of 30°, 60°. 22 cases were chosen for each method and two of the micro-implants were implanted for each of case.The force of 150 g were given in the 4th week after implantation, the stability of implanted micro-implants was observed. Results The circumstances of the loading force after 4 weeks, micro-screw implants were implanted in 30° angle, with 8 implants loosed or dropped, the successful rate was 81.8%; the micro-screw implants were implanted in 60°angle, with 2 implants loosed and dropped, the successful rate was 95.5%; 10 micro-screw implants were implanted perpendicularly to the cortical surface of the alveolar bone loosed and dropped, the successful rate was 77.3%. Conclusion The micro-screw implants are implanted into alveolar bone vertically, with the angles of 30°and 60°. The best clinical stability is implant- ed into bone cortex with the angle of 60°. It is recommended that the micro-screw implants should be choosed in such way in the clinic.
