复方阿嗪米特肠溶片联合莫沙必利片治疗肝硬化腹胀的疗效观察

目的观察评价复方阿嗪米特肠溶片联合莫沙必利片对肝硬化患者腹胀症状疗效。方法将60例肝硬化腹胀患者分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组给予复方阿嗪米特肠溶片2粒，tid，餐后服用，联合莫沙必利片5mg，tid，餐前服用，对照组予莫沙必利片5mg，tid，餐前服用，疗程2周。观察两组治疗前后腹胀症状积分及疗效。结果治疗组及对照组治疗2周后腹胀症状积分均有下降，治疗组在改善腹胀症状较对照组有效性明显升高（P〈0．05）。结论复方阿嗪米特肠溶片联合莫沙必利片治疗肝硬化患者腹胀疗效显著。

Efficacy of compound azintamide enteric tablets combined with mosapride tablets in the treatment of liver cirrhosis with bloating

Objective To observe the efficacy of compound azintamide enteric-coated tablets joint the mosapride piece distension in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods Sixty cases liver cirrhosis bloating patients were divided into treatment group of 30 patients and control group of 30 patients, the treatment group received compound azintamide enteric-coated tablets tid with meals, combined with mosapride tablets 5mg rid before meals, the control group mosapride tablets 5mg rid before meals for 2 weeks. Observed the bloating symptom scores before and after treatment and the effect between two groups. Results After treatment of two weeks, the the bloating symptom score decreased in the treatment group improved bloating symptoms were the effectiveness of the control group was significantly higher （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compound azintamide enteric tablet combined with mosapfide tablets in the treatment of patients with cirrhosis bloating significant effect.
