| 摘 要： | 目的观察孟鲁司特治疗婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2008年1月～2011年6月诊治的婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎患儿186例，随机分两组。对照组84例，采用抗感染、普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗；观察组102例，在抗感染、普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗的基础上加用白三烯受体拮抗剂一孟鲁司特4mg／d，睡前口服。结果观察组在症状消失时间、肺部喘鸣音消失时问明显优于对照组。结论应用孟鲁司特治疗喘息性支气管炎疗效明显。

Clinical effect observation of childhood asthmatic bronchitis treated with montelukast and their life evaluation |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of montelukast treating childhood asthmatic bronchitis. Methods 186 cases of children with asthmatic bronchitis treated in dongguanrenkang hospital from January 2008 to June 2011 years were randomly divided into two groups. Among 84 patients,the resistance to infection,prachanda Mick aerosolized were treated ;for the observation group 102 patients ,resistance to infection,prachanda Mick aerosol inhalation of the foundation of treatment were combined with leukotriene receptor antagonist-montelukast（4mg/d） spe- cial treatment. Results The observation group was better than control in the symptoms disappeared time, lungs ,wheez- ing sound disappear time. Conclusion The cruative effect of montelukast in asthmatic bronchitis is obvious. |
