温针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床研究

目的：探讨温针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：选取我院收治的86例椎动脉型颈椎病患者，将其随机分为温针灸治疗组和普通针刺对照组各43例，两组同取百会、夹脊穴C3-C5、风池、天柱、足三里、内关，普通针刺对照组不加温针灸。比较两组患者经治疗后的临床疗效。结果：治疗组治疗总有效率为93．02％，对照组为76．74％，两组比较差异明显P〈0．05，具有统计学意义。结论：温针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病安全可靠，值得，临床推广使用。

A clinical study on treating vertebral artery cervical spondylosis by acupuncture

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondytosis. Methods： 86 cases of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis admitted to our hospital were selected, and were randomly divided into warm acupuncture treatment group and acupuncture control group, 43 cases in each group, two groups were the same taken with take Baihui Jiaji C3-C5, the Fengshi, Zusanli, Neiguan, ordinary acupuncture control group were without heating acupuncture. The clinical efficacy of two groups after treatment was compared. Results： The total efficiency of the treatment group was 96.4%, the control group was 76.3%, difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）, with statistically significant. Conclusion： Warm acupuncture treatment of cervical vertebral artery disease is safe and reliable, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
