中西医结合对轮状病毒腹泻的疗效分析

目的：研究中西医结合对轮状病毒腹泻疗效。方法：选择自2010年2月～2011年5月来我院就诊的由轮状病毒引起的腹泻的患者58例，将以上患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例，在对两组均进行常规的西药治疗基础上，对治疗组使用自拟安肠止泻散加减治疗。结果：治疗组有21例痊愈，有效的有7例，无效患者2例，治疗总有效率达到93．3％；对照组痊愈患者有10例，有效9例，无效9例，总有效率为67．9％。治疗组的症状改善时间、止泻时间、总病程方面明显优于对照组。对两组的总有效率进行比较，具有显著性差异（P〈0．01），即具有统计学意义。结论：中西医结合治疗由轮状病毒引起的腹泻具有较好的疗效，适合在临床推广应用。

An efficacy analysis of the integrative medicine in treating rotavirus diarrhea

Objective： Research in the integrative medicine efficacy ofrotavirus diarrhea. Conclusion： Integrative treatment of diarrhea caused by rotavirus has a good effect, suitable for clinical application.
