米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗宫外孕的疗效观察

目的观察米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤保守的药物治疗对于宫外孕的效果。方法将2011年10月～2012年9月来我院治疗宫外孕的52例女性按给药不同分为两组（治疗组25例、对照组27例），治疗组使用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗，对照组单用甲氨蝶呤，观察两组治疗后血13一HCG恢复正常所需的时间、孕酮值〈5ng／mL的时间、包块消失的时间、阴道流血和腹痛消失时间。结果治疗组治疗后血B—HCG恢复正常所需的时间、孕酮值〈5ng／mL的时间、包块消失的时间、阴道流血和腹痛消失时间均小于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗宫外孕可以快速降低血B—HCG、孕酮，包块消失、腹痛、阴道流血消失速度优于单用甲氨蝶呤，两组不良反应差异有统计学意义，联合用药在临床有较好的效果，值得临床推广应用。

Observation of curative effect on mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy

Objective To explore the effectiveness of mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ec- topic pregnancy. Methods Selected 52 patients with ectopic pregnancy sought treatment in our hospital from october 2011 to september 2012. They were assigned randomly into two groups （there were 25 cases in treated group, and 27 cases in control group） with the help of random digital table. The treated group used mifepristone combined with methotrexate, while the control group used methotrexate only. Observed the recuperative time of blood 13-HCG, the time progesterone value dropped below 5 ng/mL, disappearance time of vaginal bleeding, mass and abdominal pain. Results The recuperative time of blood 13-HCG, the time progesterone value dropped below 5 ng/mL, and the disap- pearance time of vaginal bleeding,mass and abdominal pain of treated group were shorter than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Mifepristone combined with methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy decreases blood ~-HCG and progesterone value quickly, and the disappearance time of vaginal bleeding, mass and abdominal pain is shorter than the single use of methotrexate. Drug combination has a lower incidence of adverse events than single use of methotrexate. Statistically significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse events between two groups. So it worth clinical application.
