护理干预对2型糖尿病患者血糖及遵医行为的影响

目的护理干预对2型糖尿病患者血糖及遵医行为的影响。方法收集2010年1月～2012年1月问在我院住院治疗的64例2型糖尿病患者，随机分为干预组和对照组各32例；干预组以评价遵医行为为主，主要体现在服药、运动、饮食、心理等方面的指导，对照组在服药、运动、饮食、心理等方面未予系统的护理干预。仅根据医嘱给予随机对症护理。比较两组的血糖控制效果及完全遵医率。结果出院后3个月，干预组的空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖均较入院时及对照组明显改善（P〈0．05）。干预组的完全遵医率达93．75％，明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论对2型糖尿病患者实施系统的护理干预措施，可以明显改善患者的血糖水平，提高患者的遵医行为及治疗的依从性。

The impact on blood sugar and compliance behavior of nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective To explore the impact on blood sugar and compliance behavior of Nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods All of 64 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into intervention group and the control group, 32 cases in each group; intervention group was evaluated the compliance behavior, mainly included medication, exercise, diet, psychological guidance, the control group was not given medication, exercise not care intervention, diet, psychological, based only on medical advice given random symptomatic care. glycemic control and full compliance with the medical rate were compared between two groups. Results After discharge 3 months, fasting glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose of the intervention group compared with the control group im proved signifieantly（P 〈 0.05）. The completely compliance rate of the intervention group was 93.75%, was significantly higher than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of the system of nursing interventions in patients with type 2 diabetes can significantly improve the patient＇s blood sugar levels, improve the patient＇s compliance behavior and adherence to treatment.
