摘    要:目的对比研究采用不同麻醉方法对接受子宫全切除术患者的麻醉效果。方法选取笔者所在医院收治的接受子宫全切除术的90例患者,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组两组各40例。对照组患者行硬膜外麻醉,治疗组患者行腰一硬联合硬膜外麻醉,并比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果治疗组在手术过程中生命体征的变化幅度明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗组的麻醉效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗组诱导时间、手术时间、起效时间及平面固定时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论采用腰一硬联合硬膜外麻醉方法对子宫全切除术患者进行麻醉,效果较明显。

Abstract:Objective To compare the anesthetic effect of different anesthesia methods for patients undergoirig hys- terectomy. Methods Ninety patients undergoing hysterectomy of the author's hospital were randomly divided into two groups of the control group and the treatment group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with epidural anesthesia, and the treatment group was treated with spinal and epidural anesthesia,and the anesthetic effect of two groups were compared. Results The changes of vital signs during surgery of treatment group were much less than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Anesthetic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P 〈 0.05).The induction time, operation time, onset time and the plane fixed time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group. The difference was statis- tically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The effect of spinal and epidural anesthesia methods for patients acceptting hysterectomy is obvious.
