高危早期妊娠人工流产术前应用复方米非司酮的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨高危早期妊娠人工流产术前应用复方米非司酮的有效性和安全性。方法对120例瘢痕子宫及120例首次妊娠年龄16~20岁人工流产患者,术前服用复方米非司酮(试验组)与术前未做任何宫颈处理者对照。比较分析人工流产手术效果和术后并发症情况。结果瘢痕子宫和小年龄人工流产患者中,试验组较对照组手术时间、术后流血时间明显缩短,疼痛程度明显减轻,手术成功率显著提高,月经恢复时间早,术后并发症发生率低。两组比较,差异存在统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论高危早期妊娠人工流产术前应用复方米非司酮可明显软化、扩张宫颈,有利于手术操作,明显减少人工流产不全、宫颈粘连等手术并发症。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the validity and safety of compound mifepristone before induced abortion for high- risk early pregnancy. Methods A total of 120 pregnant women with scar uterus and 120 pregnant women within 16-20 years of age who were given induced abortion were collected.The patients were divided into study group (used compound mifepristone before induced abortion) and control group (no using compound mifepristone before induced abortion). The surgical outcome and postoperative complications of induced abortion of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results In pregnant women with scar uterus and within 16-20 years of age,the operation time, postoperative bleeding time, pain degree, surgery success rates, menstruation recovery time and postoperative complications of study group were better than those of control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Compound mifepristone before induced abortion for high-risk early pregnancy can intenerate and dilatate cervix, reduce incomplete abortion and cervical adhesion.
