老年冠状动脉病变与心主动脉瓣膜钙化临床相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨老年冠状动脉病变与心主动脉瓣膜钙化临床相关意义及其相关危险因素防控。方法选择2010年1月~2011年1月在我院行心血管造影和心脏多普勒检查的老年患者200例,按照主动脉瓣膜钙化与否分为钙化组和非钙化组,分别为116例与84例,记录两组人员相关信息,包括性别、体重、病史情况等等,以及血生化相关检查结果,将上述数据与瓣膜钙化进行比照分析。结果钙化组和非钙化组相比,两组分别为:年龄(78.2±8.1)岁与(68.9±6.8)岁、女72例(92.1%)与38例(45.2%)、高血压85例(73.3%)与48例(57.1%)、胆固醇(5.6±1.2)mmol/L与(4.6±1.1)mmol/L、甘油三酯(2.3±1.2)mmol/L与(1.8±0.9)mmol/L、高半胱氨酸(HCY)(17.5±8.7)mmol/L与(14.7±6.5)mmol/L,分析提示年龄、性别、血压血脂水平等均与主动脉瓣膜钙化相关;按照冠脉造影结果分为冠心病组和非冠心病组统计,提示冠心病组与非冠心病组HCY水平差异无统计学意义(t=0.87,P=0.381),多元条件回归分析提示年龄、血脂(CHO,TG)、HCY水平为主动脉瓣膜钙化的独立危险因素,冠状动脉病变严重程度与心脏瓣膜钙化与否密切相关(χ2=9.49,P=0.023)。结论老年心主动脉瓣膜钙化者冠状动脉病变程度较重,其年龄、血脂水平,HCY均为心主动脉瓣膜钙化独立危险因素。

Relevant research on elder coronary artery lesions and heart aortic valve calcification

Abstract:Objective To explore the old coronary artery lesions and heart aortic valve calcification clinical correlation significance and related risk factors for prevention and control. Methods All 200 elderly patients from January 2010 to January 2011 in our hospital treated by cardioangiography and heart doppler examination, were divided into calcification group and non calcification group according to the aortic valve calcification or not, respectively for 116 cases and 84 cases, to record two groups of people related information, including gender, weight, history condition, etc and blood biochemical related inspection result, the above data and valve calcification in for analysis. Results The result of calcification group and non calcification compared group respectively was: age (78.2 ±8.1)years and (68.9 ±6.8) years old, female 72 cases (62.1%) and 38 cases (45.2%), high blood pressure 85 (73.3%) and 48 (57.1%), cholesterol (5.6 ± 1.2 )mmol/L and (4.6±1.1)mmol/L, triglyceride (2.3±1.2) mmol/L and (1.8±0.9)mmol/L, homocysteine (HCY) (17.5± 8.7)mmol/L and (14.7±6.5)mmol/L, analysis prompted that age, sex, blood pressure and lipid levels and aortic valve calcification related. At the same time, in accordance with the coronary angiography results packet statistics, prompt coronary heart disease group and non CHD group HCY levels without significant difference (t = 0.87, P = 0.381), multivariate regression analysis conditions prompt age, blood fat (CHO, TG) HCY levels, gave priority to arterial valve cal- cification independent risk factors for coronary artery disease severity and heart valve calcification or not was closely related to the (X^2= 9.49, P = 0.023). Conclusion Old heart aorta valve calcification is coronary artery lesion level is relatively heavy, its age, blood lipid level, HCY are heart aortic valve calcification independent risk factors.
