摘 要: | 目的:观察黄芩苷对脑缺血再灌注损伤后Bcl-2、Caspase.3表达的影响,探讨黄芩苷对脑缺血再灌注损伤后神经细胞的保护作用机制。方法:采用改良线栓法建立大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,给予黄芩苷治疗后观察Bcl-2、Caspase-3的表达。结果:随着黄芩苷剂量的增加,Bcl-2表达增多,Caspase-3表达减少,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:黄芩苷能促进神经细胞中Bcl-2的表达,抑制Caspase.3的表达,对脑缺血再灌注损伤有一定的保护作用。

Effects of Baicalin on the expression of Bcl-2, Caspase-3 after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury of rats |

Abstract: | Objective: To observe Baicalin on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury Bcl-2, aspase-3 expression.Exploring the mechanisms of the protective effect of the nerve cells in the Baicalin on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods: Using modified suture method to build the rat cerebral ischemia-reperfusion mode, observing Bcl-2, Caspase-3 expression was given Baicalin. Resluts: With increasing doses of Baicalin, Bcl-2 expression increased, the decrease in the expression of Caspase-3. The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Baicalin can promote nerve cells in the expression of Bcl-2, inhibit the expression of Caspase-3. Have a protective effect on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. |
