布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗难治性哮喘的临床疗效和安全性

目的探讨布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗难治性哮喘临床疗效和安全性。方法运用随机数字表法将2011年6月～2012年6月在我院呼吸内科住院治疗的236例难治性哮喘患者分为对照组和观察组．每组患者各118例，对照组患者给予布地奈德治疗，观察组患者则加用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗．两组患者其他治疗措施完全相同，治疗2周，比较对照组和观察组患者的临床疗效和安全性。结果治疗2周，观察组患者治疗总有效率（90．68％）明显高于对照组（69．49％），且对照组和观察组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗难治性哮喘疗效确切，优于单用布地奈德，具有安全高效和不良反应少等特点，值得进一步推广。

The clinical efficacy and safety of budesonide combined with montelukast sodium therapy in patients with refractory asthma

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of budesonide combined with montelukast special sodium chewable treat refractory asthma. Methods Used random number table from June 2011 to June 2012, 236 pa- tients were divided into control group and the observation group, each group patients had 118 cases, in the control group were treated with budesonide treatment, observation group patients were plus montelukast sodium chewable tablets treatment, identical treatment of the two groups of patients, after treatment 2 weeks, compared the clinical effi- cacy and safety of the patients of the control group and the observation group. Results After two weeks of treatment, patients treated with total efficiency of the observation group （90.68%） was significantly higher （69.49%） than that in control group, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ） for incidence of adverse reactions. Conclu- sion Budesonide combined with montelukast chewable treatment refractory asthma efficacy,better than the single use of budesonide, a safe, efficient, and fewer adverse reactions, and worthy of further promotion.
