| 摘 要： | 目的研究醒脑静联合疏血通注射液治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死的疗效。方法将纳入本研究的60例2型糖尿病合并脑梗死病例随机分为治疗组（醒脑静联合疏血通注射液治疗）和对照组（疏血通注射液治疗），各30例。比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率达90．0％，与对照组（70．0％）比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论醒脑静联合疏血通注射液治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死具有协同作用，可以提高疗效，且安全性好，值得广泛推广和应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study xingnaojing joint injection shuxuetong to treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group （xingnaojing and joint sparse blood through injection therapy） and control group （shuxuetong in- jection therapy）, each of 30 cases. The efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%, while the total efficiency of the control group was 70.0%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Shuxuetong united with xingnaojing injection treating type 2 diabetes with cerebral infarction have a synergistic effect, can enhance the effectiveness and security, should be popularized and applied. |
