护理干预对高血压脑出血术后患者负性情绪的影响

目的观察护理干预对高血压脑出血术后患者焦虑和抑郁的影响。方法选取94例高血压脑出血术后患者作为研究对象，依据随机原则分为观察组和对照组，观察组应用特定的护理干预，对照组应用常规护理。应用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表分析干预前、后患者焦虑、抑郁评分的变化。结果观察组干预后焦虑和抑郁评分的下降值明显高于对照组。观察组中焦虑、抑郁评分的下降值均与患者的性别、年龄、婚姻情况、经济状况及疾病知识密切相关。结论特定的护理干预可以有效地改善负性情绪，可以在临床中积极应用。

The clinical study of nursing intervention to negative emotion in postoperative patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the effect of anxiety and depression in postoperative patients with nypertenslve intracerebral hemorrhage by nursing intervention,study the clinical effect. Methods A total of 94 postoperative patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into the observation and control group by stochastic principle. The observation group （47 cases） were intervened by normal nursing and special nursing intervention, the control group （47 cases） were intervened by normal nursing. The anxiety （SAS anxiety scale） and depression （SDS depression scale） were compared before and after intervention between the two groups. Results The decreased value of anxiety and depression were obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group after intervention. The decreased were obviously correlated with sex,age,marital status and disease knowledge in the observation group. The satisication rate were higher in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion Special nursing intervention can decrease the negative emotion,is worthy of being recommended in clinical treatment.
