| 摘 要： | 目的探讨痊愈妥加湿润烧伤膏（美宝）对Ⅲ期压疮的治疗效果。方法将45例（56处）Ⅲ期压疮患者分为观察组22例（28处）和对照组23例（28处），观察组采用痊愈妥加湿润烧伤膏治疗，对照组采用传统外科换药方法治疗，观察两组治疗效果及患者疼痛反应程度，并进行比较。结果观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组，疼痛反应程度明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论痊愈妥加湿润烧伤膏对Ⅲ期压疮的治疗效果优于传统外科换药法，患者遭受的痛苦少。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Quanyutuo sticky dressing with MEBO on III stage pressure sore. Methods A total of 45 cases （totally 56 sores） were randomly divided into experimental group（22 cases with 28 sores） and control group （23 cases with 28 sores）, the experimental group cases were treated with Quanyutuo sticky dressing with MEBO, while the control group cases were given routine surgery debridement , the outcome of treatment and degree of pain of two groups were contrasted. Results The therapeutic effect and pain degree of experimental group were prior to those of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Quanyutuo sticky dressing with MEBO on III stage pressure sore were better than routine surgery debridement, and the pain degree of patients was lesser. |
