不同留尿时间对尿液分析与尿肌酐测定结果的影响探析

目的：探讨不同留尿时间对尿液分析与尿肌酐测定结果的影响。方法：回顾性分析了2008年9月--2012年9月入住我院的40例患者的一临床资料，并将其作为患者组，另外选择同期于我院健康体检者33例，将其作为对照组。分别于每日7：30收集第一（晨尿）与10：30的（10：30尿）两份，对上述两个时间点的尿液量进行仔细地记录，上述操作连续进行10d。采用全自动尿液分析仪对尿比密、酸碱度（pH）、蛋白、潜血、葡萄糖、胆红素、酮体、亚硝酸盐以及尿胆原等指标进行检测、分析；按照常规的方法对尿沉渣的有形成分加以测定、分析；按照试剂盒中的说明书对尿肌酐水平加以测定、分析。结论：除了尿肌酐之外，采用上午10：30的尿代替晨尿做尿液分析是可行、合理的，对检测准确性的影响不大，不仅能够保证留尿时间到检验2h之内完成，而且还在很大程度上提高了阳性的检出率，对·临床诊断与检测均有利。

An exploring analysis of effects of different collecting time of urine on examined features of urinalysis and urine creatinine

Objective： To investigate effects of different collecting time of urine on examined features of urinalysis and urine creatinine. Methods： To select 40 patients admitted to the hospital fi＇om Aug 2008 to Sep 2009 as the treated group, and 33 healthy subjects as the control group. At the time of 7 ： 30 and 10 ： 30 the urine of two groups was collected and recorded for 10d. The sample was analyzed by automatic urine analyzer for urine density, pH, protein, occult blood, glucose, bilirubin, ketones, nitrite, and urobilinogen and other indicators. The content of urinary sediment and urine creatinine also was examined. Conclusion： In addition to urine creatinine, urine collecting at 10 ： 30 am instead of morning for a urine analysis is feasible and reasonable, has effect on the detection accuracy.
