紫杉醇联合三维适形放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床价值

目的探讨紫杉醇联合三维适形放疗（3D—CRT）治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的方法和效果。方法选取局部晚期非小细胞肺癌88例．根据化疗方式不同分为观察组与对照组各44例。对照组予以3D—CRT，观察组予以3D—CRT并紫杉醇化疗。观察两组患者的近期疗效和生存情况。结果观察组患者部分患者（PR）、1年生存率均高于对照组，而病情恶化（PD）低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组与对照组不良反应发生率11．36％、9．09％，差异无统计学意义（X ^2=0．96，P〉0．05）。结论紫杉醇联合三维适形放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌具有较好的近期临床疗效，延长了患者的生存期，可能是治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌比较优化的方案之一。

Clinical value of treating locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer by three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with taxol chemotherapy

Objectives To explore the method and effect of treating locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） by three dimensional conformal radiotherapy （3D-CRT） combined with taxol chemotherapy. Methods A total of 88 patients with locally advanced NSCLC were selected, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 44 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given 3D-CRT, and patients in observation group were given 3D-CRT and taxol chemotherapy. Recent efficacy and survival situation in two groups were observed. Re- suits PR, 1 year survival rate of observation group were higher than those in control group, while PD was lower than that in control group, and there were statistical difference between above indicators （P 〈 0.05）. Adverse reaction rate in observation group and control group were 11.36% and 9.09%, and there were no statistical difference between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion It had good recent curative effect of treating locally advanced NSCLC by 3D-CRT combined with taxol chemotherapy, also extended patients＇ survival time, so it may be an optimal regimen on treatment of locally advanced NSCLC.
