改良三点式重睑与传统重睑治疗上睑皮肤松弛的疗效对比

目的:探讨改良三点式重睑与传统重睑治疗上睑皮肤松弛的临床疗效差异。方法:本院2007年5月～2012年6月共收治上睑皮肤松弛患者59例,其中25例患者接受传统重睑术式治疗(对照组),另24例患者接受改良三点式重睑术式治疗(观察组),观察并比较两组患者术后的临床效果、并发症及满意度。结果:观察组与对照组患者术后恢复时间分别为(33.1±7.4)天和(78.5±12.7)天,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.01),观察组术后均Ⅰ期愈合且未见并发症者,术后两组患者总满意率分别为95.8%和76.0%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良三点式重睑治疗上睑皮肤松弛具有微创、恢复快、操作简便、效果稳定等特点,能够显著改善上睑皮肤松弛,且患者满意度高,值得临床推广。

Comparison of reforming Three-Mini insicion blepharoplasty and traditional double eyelid treatment for cutis laxa of upper eyelid

Objective To investigate clinical difference between reforming Three-Mini insicion blepharoplasty and traditional double eyelid treatment for cutis laxa of upper eyelid. Methods 59 patients with cutis laxa of upper eyelid of our hospital from May 2007 to June 2012 were divided into 2 groups,25 patients treated by traditional double eyelid treatment were included into control group,24 patients treated by reforming Three-Mini insicion blepharoplasty were included into observation group, the clinical effect,complications and satisfaction after treatment were compared. Results The recovery time after surgery of two groups were （33.1＋7.4）d and （78.5_＋12.7）d respectively（P〈0.01）,all patients in observation group were healed for phase I and no complication, the satisfaction of two groups were 95.8% and 76,0%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Reforming Three-Mini insicion blepharoplasty has the virtue of minimally invasive, quick recovery, easy to operate and stable, can improve the cutis laxa of upper eyelid and also has higher satisfaction, deserve to clinical.
