830例放置IUD意外妊娠调查

目的了解放置宫内节育器（intrauterinedevice，IUD）后意外妊娠的情况，以降低意外妊娠率。方法由区计生指导站统一标准，各镇、街道计生服务站人员牵头，村级计生联络员参与，以上门形式为主，对2009-2010年意外妊娠的1535名已婚妇女面对面调查访问。结果意外妊娠的1535名已婚妇女中放置IUD后意外妊娠830例，占54．07％：放置1UD后意外妊娠830人中，带器妊娠238人，占28．68％，脱环妊娠592人，占71．32％。结论放置IUD是育龄妇女主要避孕方法。提高IUD的使用效果，要做到择优选用IUD，同时完善对育龄妇女放置IUD后各时间段的随访，降低意外妊娠率，保障育龄妇女身心健康。

Investigation of 830 cases of unplanned pregnancies after placement of IUD

Objective To understand the status of unplanned pregnancy after the placement of IUD, and to reduce the unplanned pregnancy rate. Methods Centering on the unified standard framed by family planning service center of Xiuzhou district, the face-to-face interviews, which were led by subdistrict family planning officers, were mainly im- plemented door-to-door by village-level liaison officers to 1 535 married women who had unplanned pregnancies in 2009-2010. Results Among the total 1535 cases of unplanned pregnancies, there were 830 cases of unplanned preg- nancies after placing IUDs （54.07%） which also included 238 cases of pregnancies with IUDs （28.68%） and 592 cases of decyclizing pregnancies （71.32%）. Conclusion Placement of IUD had been the major contraceptive method adopted by fertile women. To reduce unplanned pregnancy rate and to protect women both physically and mentally, the efficacy of IUD should be improved via the principle of selecting the best qualified IUD and, simultaneously, the perfection of follow-up after placement of IUD by regular visits.
