柏子仁皂苷提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:研究D101型大孔吸附树脂分离纯化柏子仁皂苷的工艺条件。方法:以柏子仁苷为指标,对上样量、洗脱溶剂的浓度及用量等相关参数进行考察。结果:D101型大孔树脂对柏子仁苷最佳的吸附分离工艺条件为上样量中树脂体积:生药为10:1(v/w),洗脱溶剂为95%乙醇,4倍量水洗脱。结论:该方法简单易行,分离效果良好,适于工业化生产。

A study on extraction of arborvitae seed saponin
Abstract:Objective: To study the separation and purification technology conditions of arborvitae seed saponin using D101 type of macroporous adsorption resin. Methods: Use arborvitae seed glucoside as indexes, investigate the sample weight, related parameters such as the concentration of solvent and dosage. Results: Best technological conditions to.separate and absorb biotaorientalis with D101 type of macroporous resin is that the volume of resin as followings: crude medicine is 10 : 1 (v/w), solvent is 95% ethanol, four times the amount of water to elute. Conclusion: The method is simole, and the separation effect is ~reat. suitable for industrial oroduction.
