中药汤剂联合化疗对晚期恶性肿瘤患者生活质量影响的评价

目的：探讨中药“晒参于术扶正汤”联合化疗对晚期恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的改善情况。方法：60例无手术指征的晚期恶性肿瘤患者，随机分成实验组和对照组，对照组使用常规化疗加西药对症支持治疗，实验组在对照组的基础上加用“晒参于术扶正汤”，比较两组治疗前、治疗1个疗程、治疗两个疗程后的生活质量以及半年生存率。结果：两组治疗前生活质量各维度比较无统计学差异；治疗一个疗程后躯体功能、角色功能、疲乏、恶心呕吐和疼痛、整体生活质量、呼吸困难、失眠、没有食欲、便秘和腹泻等维度有统计学差异，P〈0．05，认知功能、社会功能、情绪功能及经济困难比较P〉0．05值，无统计学差异。治疗两个疗程后，认知功能、社会功能、情绪功能及经济困难比较，P〉0．05值，呼吸和失眠均P〈0．05，其余维度的比较均P〈0．01；半年生存率实验组高于对照组。结论：“晒参于术扶正汤”联合化疗应用于晚期恶性肿瘤患者能明显提高生活质量，延长生存期，且无明显不良反应，未增加患者经济负担，具有一定的临床使用价值。

Clinical effects of TCM plus chemotherapy on life quality of cancer patients

Objective： To explore clinical effects of the Shaishen Yuzhu Fuzheng decoction on life quality of cancer patients. Methods： 60 patients were divide into 2 groups, in the control routine medicine and chemotherapy were given, in the treated group the Shaishen Yuzhu Fuzheng decoction were given more, comparing the life quality and survival rate between groups. Results： Before treatment there was no difference, physical function, role fimction, fatigue, nausea, vomiting and pain, life quality, dyspnea, insomnia, appetite, constipation and diarrhea dimension statistically significant, P〈0.05, cognitive function, social function, emotional function and economic difficulty comparison, P〉0.05, no significant difference. After 2 courses, cognitive function, social function, emotional function, and economic difficulties were compared, P〉0.05, breathing and insomnia P〈0.05, the other index both P〈0.01, half-year survival rate higher in the treated group, Conclusion： The decoction is effective, economic, no side effects to improve life quality.
