尤质护理服务模式指导下护理干预措施对腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠孕妇疼痛的影响

目的探讨优质护理服务模式在腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠孕妇疼痛中的应用效果。方法随机选择2010年1～12月（优质护理服务前1在我院妇产科住院治疗的100例腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠孕妇和随机选择的2011年1～12月（优质护理服务后）在我院妇产科住院治疗的100例腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠孕妇为研究对象。根据有无开展优质护理服务分为常规护理组和护理干预组。常规护理组患者给予妇产科常规护理。而护理干预组患者则在优质护理服务模式指导下给予护理干预措施进行护理，比较常规护理组和护理干预组在优质护理服务干预前后疼痛情况、基础护理合格率和患者对护理服务满意度变化情况。结果常规护理组患者的疼痛程度明显高于护理干预组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．051，护理干预组患者基础护理合格率（99．00％）和患者对护理人员护理服务满意率（98．00％）明显高于对照组患者（91．00％），差异有统计学意义俨〈0．05）。结论优质护理服务干预措施明显改善患者的疼痛程度，提高腹腔镜治疗异位妊娠孕妇基础护理合格率及患者家属对护理服务的满意度，值得进一步推广。

Application effect on ache by nursing guide of the improved nursing mode in laparoscope intervention measures under the women with ectopic pregnancy by

Objective To investigate the influence of ache by nursing intervention measures under the guide of the improved nursing mode in women with ectopic pregnancy by laparoscope. Methods The clinical data of one hundred women with ectopic pregnancy by laparoscope who were treated in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2010 and one hundred women with ectopic pregnancy by laparoscope who were treated in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2011 were collected, then they were divided into conventional care group and nursing intervention group according to providing nursing intervention measures under the guide of the improved nursing mode without, patients in the conventional care group were given general routine care, patients in the nursing intervention group were given specific nursing measures under the guidance of the improved nursing mode, the pain degree, the basic nursing qualified rate and the qualification rate for basic care of women with ectopic pregnancy by laparoscope were compared. Results The pain degree in the observation group were lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, but basic nursing qualified rate and the qualification rate for basic care of women with ectopic pregnancy were higher in the observation group than that in the control group （99.00%vs91.00%,98.00%vs91.00%,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention measures under the guide of the improved nursing mode can improve pain degree of women with ectopic pregnancy by laparoscope, improve the medical service quality and promote the qualification rate for basic care of women, it is worthy of clinical application.
