5%过氧苯甲酰凝胶联合清肺饮治疗寻常痤疮48例

目的观察5%过氧苯甲酰凝胶联合清肺饮治疗寻常痤疮的疗效。方法将95例炎性痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组内服清肺饮,外用5%过氧苯甲酰凝胶,对照组仅内服清肺饮。每周复诊,观察各组患者症状积分的变化,连续观察4周,疗程结束后对积分进行统计学分析,判定疗效。结果两组患者疗效分别为：治疗组痊愈率50%、愈显率83.33%、总有效率97.92%;对照组痊愈率23.40%、愈显率59.57%、总有效率80.85%。治疗组与对照组比较,在总有效率、临床症状等方面,均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论 5%过氧苯甲酰凝胶联合清肺饮治疗寻常痤疮,不仅缩短用药疗程,而且疗效显著,提高治愈率,具有临床推广价值。

Clinical Observation on Acne Vulgaris Treated with 5% Benzoyl Peroxide Gel and Qingfei Decoction

Objective To observe the efficacy of 5 % bcnzoyl peroxidcgcl and Oingfci Dccoction for the trcatment of aenc vulgaris. Methods 95 cases of inflammatory acne were randomly divided into treatmentgroup and controlgroup,treatmentgroup oral Qingfei Decoction,5 % topical bcnzoyl per- oxidegel,the controlgroup only oral Qingfei decoction. Weekly follow-up, we observed the change of symptom of patients in eachgroup were integral, continuous observation for 4 weeks, after a course of treatment for statistical analysis of integral, curative effect. Results the efficacy of the twogroups were ：the treatmentgroup cure rate was 50% ,markedly effective rate was 83.33% ,the total efficiency of 97.92% ; controlgroup,the cure ratc was 23.40 % ,markedly effective rate was 59. 57 % ,the total efficiency of 80. 85 %. Trcatmcntgroup and the controlgroup compare,in total cffcctivc ratc,clinical symptoms and other aspccts,thcrc wcrc significant diffcrcnccs（ P ＂C0.05 ）. Conclusion 5% bcnzoyl pcroxidcgcl and Oingfci Decoction for the treatment of aene vulgaris,not only shorten the treatment duration,but a significant effect,improve the cure rate,has clinical value.
