早期颅骨修补及脑室腹腔分流在脑外伤治疗中的作用

摘    要:目的探讨脑外伤采用早期颅骨修补及联合脑室腹腔分流救治的效果。方法本次研究选择的对象共60例,均为我院2009年2月~2012年2月收治的脑外伤合并颅骨缺损及脑积水的患者,按观察组和对照组各60例划分,对照组先行脑室腹腔分流术,颅骨修补在术后3-6个月再行操作;观察组在早期行颅骨修补,并实施脑室腹腔分流术,回顾两组临床资料。结果观察组预后优良率为96.7%,对照组为60%,观察组总优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论脑外伤治疗中采用脑室腹腔分流的同时实施早期颅骨修补术,可显著提高临床效果.改善患者生存质量。

Early repair of skull defect and ventriculoperitoneal shunt in the treatment of traumatic brain injury in rats

Abstract:Objective To investigate the brain injury by early cranioplasty and combined with ventriculoperitoneal shunt treatment effects. Methods This study selected a total of 60 cases in our hospital in 2009, are from February to 2012 February were cerebral trauma combined with skull defect and hydrocephalus patients, according to the observa- tion group and the control group with 60 cases in each group division, the control group first ventriculoperitoneal shunt, cranioplasty after surgery in 3-6 months before operation; the observation group in the early repair of skull, and the implementation of a ventriculoperitoneal shunt, retrospective clinical data in the two groups. Results In ,the obser- vation group, prognosis is excellent and good rate was 96.7%, 60% in the control group, the observation group excel- lent and good rate was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Brain trauma treated by ventriculoperitoneal shunt and implementation of early cranioplasty, can signifi- cantly improve the clinical effect, improve life quality of the patients.
