米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效观察

目的探讨米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效，为子宫肌瘤的治疗提供参考依据。方法选择2010年1月～2012年6月确诊为子宫肌瘤的患者68例。根据人院先后顺序分为研究组36例和对照组32例。研究组于月经第1天分别给予米非司酮和桂枝茯苓胶囊口服，米非司酮每天10mg，睡前口服，桂枝茯苓胶囊每次4粒，每日3次．口服，3个月为一疗程。对照组予米非司酮口服治疗，剂量同前，疗程3个月。评价两组的临床疗效以及两组治疗前后E2、子宫肌瘤的体积及子宫的体积的变化情况。结果研究组治疗后无效3例，对照组治疗后无效8例，研究组的痊愈率达41．7％，高于对照组34．4％，但差异无统计学意义；研究组总有效率91．7％，明显高于对照组（X2=4．923，P〈0．05），两组治疗前E2、子宫肌瘤体积及子宫体积比较结果显示，差异无统计学意义；治疗3个月后，两组的E2水平、子宫肌瘤体积及子宫体积与治疗前比较明显降低，且研究组E2、子宫肌瘤体积及子宫体积水平较对照组降低更显著，差异有统计学意（P〈0．05）。结论米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤疗效优于单用米非司酮的治疗效果，能明显缩小子宫肌瘤的体积，降低E2水平，值得临床推广和应用。

Efficacy of the Mifepristone and Guizhifuling capsules in the treatment of uterine fibroids

Results The study group after treatment, 3 cases, 8 cases in the control group after treatment, the cure rate of the study group was 41.7%, although higher than that in the control group 34.4%, compared with the control group, the difference was not significant, the total study group efficiency up to 91.7%, significantly higher than the control group there were significant differences （X2=4.923,P 〈 0.05）, E2 two groups before treatment, the size of myoma and uterine volume comparison results show no significant difference After 3 months of treatment, the study group and the control group E2 levels, size of myoma and uterine volume compared with before treatment significantly reduced and research groups E2, the size of myoma and uterine volume level than the control group de- creased more significantly, The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Mifepristone and Guizhifuling, capsules more effective than treatment of uterine fihroids with mifepristone treatment effect, significantly reduced the volume of uterine fibroids, reduce the level of E2, worthy of promotion and application.
