水飞蓟宾胶囊对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者肝功能及血脂的影响

目的探讨水飞蓟宾胶囊在非酒精性脂肪性肝病治疗中的疗效。方法选择医院2011年5月至2012年5月收治的102例患者,随机分为2组。所有患者均给予减重及控制饮食等基础治疗,对照组51例患者口服维生素E胶丸100 mg,治疗组51例患者口服水飞蓟宾胶囊105 mg,均每日3次,疗程均为6个月。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者的肝功能包括丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)水平均明显改善(P<0.05),血脂包括甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均显著下降(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平上升(P<0.05),且治疗组改善更显著(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高达90.20%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的疗效显著,可有效改善患者的肝功能及血脂水平,值得推广。

Observation on Efficacy of Silybin Capsule in Treatment of Non- Alcoholic Fatty Liver

Objective To study the efficacy of Silibinin Capsule in the treatment of non- alcoholic fatty liver. Methods A hundred and two cases of non-alcoholic fatty liver treated in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2012 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups, 51 cases in each group. All cases were given the basic therapy of weight loss and diet control. In addition, the control group re- ceived oral Vitamin E Capsule 100 mg, while the treatment group was added with oral Silibinin Capsule 105 mg, 3 times daily for 6 months. The changes in the liver function （ALT, GGT） and blood lipids （TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C） were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results The liver function （ALT, GGT） after treatment in the two groups were significantly improved than before treatment（P〈0.05）.The blood lipid levels （TG, TC, LDL-C） after treatment in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment （P 〈 0.05）, while the HDL-C level was increase （P 〈 0. 05）, but the improvement in the treatment group was more significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate was 90.20% in the treatment group, which was obviously higher than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. No apparent adverse reactions appeared during the treatment course in the two groups. Conclusion Silib- inin Capsule has significant efficacy in the treatment of non- alcoholic fatty liver, can effectively improve the liver function and lipid levels and deserve to be widely used in clinical practice.
