| 摘 要： | 目的探讨盐酸二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病神经病变患者的疗效。方法治疗组采用盐酸二甲双胍片联合甲钴胺片进行治疗；对照组采用那格列奈片联合甲钴胺片进行治疗，比较两组患者疗效。结果．治疗组空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2h血糖（PBG）及糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）较对照组有显著下降，正中神经和腓总神经的运动神经传导速度（MNCV）和感觉神经传导速度（SNCV）与对照组比较有显著增加，丙二醛（MDA）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、总抗氧化能力（TAOC）与对照组相比有显著改善，总有效率为93．3％。结论盐酸二甲双胍片联合甲钴胺片治疗2型糖尿病神经病变，疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the efficacy of metformin hydrochloride tablets on type 2 diabetic patients with neuropathy. Methods The experimental group treated with the therapy of metformin hydrochloride tablets and mecobal- amin tablets. The control group treated with the therapy of nateglinide tablets and mecobalamin tablets. The clinical effects were observed and compared. Results The FBG, PBG and HbAlc had a significant decrease in in the experimental group compared with the control group.The MNCV and SNCV in median nerve and peroneal nerve had a signif- icant increase in the experimental group compared with the control group. The MDA, SOD and TAOC had a significant improvement in the experimental group compared with the control group. The total efficiency in experimental group was 93.3%. Conclusion The therapy of metformin hydrochloride tablets and mecobalamin tablets in type 2 diabetic patients with neuropathy was efficacy. |
