妊娠期糖尿病的诊治进展

妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）是指妊娠期出现不同程度的糖代谢异常，是胰岛素抵抗、遗传因素、脂肪细胞因子、炎症因子等多种致病因素促成，但GDM可以经过产前筛查，一步法或两步法和其他生化检测诊断，通过饮食疗法、运动疗法、心理干预、胰岛素治疗等多种疗法有效控制血糖水平，减少影响孕妇、胎儿及新生儿的危险因素，适时选择合适的方式终止妊娠，产后做好新生儿的护理及检测也至关重要。

Gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM） refers to different degree of sugar metabolic abnormalities appearing in gestation period, contribute to insulin resistance, genetic factors, adipose cell factor, inflammation factors and so on many kinds of pathogenic factors, but we may through prenatal screening, one-step method or two-step method and other biochemical detection diagnosis GDM, through the diet therapy, sports therapy, psychological intervention, insulin treatment and so on many kinds of therapy effective control level of blood sugar, reduce risk factors of the in- fluence to pregnant women, fetal and neonatal, choose the appropriate way to terminate pregnancy timely, postpartum neonatal care and testing is also important. This paper related to gestational diabetes literatures in recent years, and reviewes as follows.
