| 摘 要： | 目的观察多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合水飞蓟宾治疗酒精性肝病的临床效果。方法将确诊的58例患者随机分为两组，联合治疗组28例，多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合水飞蓟宾加基础治疗；对照组30例基础治疗，疗程4周。观察两组治疗前后，肝功能、凝血酶原时间变化情况。结果治疗组肝功能、凝血酶原时间明显改善，且与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合水飞蓟宾治疗酒精性肝病临床效果较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To study was to observe the clinical efficacy of polyene phosphatidyl choline and silybin in treatment of alcoholic liver disease. Methods All of 58 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group of 28 cases, Increase of polyene phosphatidyl choline and silybin in primary treatment, 30 cases in the control group, primary treatment, treatment for 4 weeks. Observation of the 2 groups before and after treatment, liver function, prothrombin time changes. Results The treatment group liver function, prothrombin time obviously improved, and the differences were statistically significant compared with the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Polyene phosphatidyl choline and silybin in treatment of alcoholic liver disease clinical effect is good. |
