早期康复护理对脑卒中后抑郁症患者神经功能和生存质量的影响

目的分析早期康复护理对脑卒中后抑郁症（PSD）患者神经功能和生存质量的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将118例PSD患者均分为两组各59例。常规护理组给予常规内科护理，康复护理组给予常规内科护理配合早期康复护理，1个月为一个疗程，三个疗程结束后对比神经功能、生存质量和抑郁改善情况。结果两组均能明显提高神经功能和生存质量，三个疗程末组间比较，P〈0．01；康复护理组的总有效率96．61％明显优于对照组的77．97％（P〈0．05）。结论早期康复护理能够明显提高日常生活活动能力和神经功能，改善脑卒中患者的抑郁症状，提高康复信心和改善预后。

Influence of early rehabilitation nursing on neurological function and quality of life of patients with post-stroke depression

Objective To analyze the influence of early rehabilitation nursing on the neurological function and quality of life of patients with post-stroke depression （PSD）. Methods A total of 118 patients with PSD were divided into two groups using the random number table, with 59 patients in each group. The conventional nursing group was given conventional medicine nursing and the rehabilitation nursing group was given conventional medicine nursing combined with early rehabilitation nursing. One treatment course lasted for one month and after three treatment courses, the neurological function, quality of life and improvement of depression were compared. Results The neurological function and the quality of life in both groups significantly improved at the end of three treatment courses, with significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.01）; The total effective rate of the rehabilitation nursing group was 96.61%, which was significantly higher than the 77.97% of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the activities of daily living and the neurological function, improve the depression symptoms of stroke patients, enhance the rehabilitation confidence and improve the prognosis.
