雌孕激素受体在子宫内膜癌、子宫内膜不典型增生及正常子宫内膜中不同表达的临床意义

为探讨子宫内膜雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）检测的方法及意义，用抗ER、PR单克隆抗体免疫组化SP法检测了26例子宫内膜癌、23例子宫内膜不典型增生、22例正常子宫内膜石蜡切片ER、PR的表达，结果显示，免疫组化SP法检测ER，PR阳性率在正常子宫内膜、不典型增生子宫内膜、子宫内膜癌组织中的分布不同。内膜癌ER、PR含量明显低于正常子宫内膜及不典型增生子宫内膜，正常内膜与不典型增生内膜ER、PR的表达无统计学差异，正常内膜与内膜癌、不典型增生与内膜癌ER、PR表达有统计学差异，反映了肿瘤的生物学行为。免疫组化ER、PR含量SP法测定对临床预后判断，指导治疗有一定的意义。

Clinical Significance on the Expression of Fstrogen and Progesterone Receptors in Endometrial Carcinoma, Atypical Hyperplasia and Normal Endometrium

The purpose of this article is to discuss the meaning and the method of testing the ER/PR. We use the anti - ER, anti - PR monoclonal antibody SP method to detect the ER/PR in 26 cases of the endometrial cancinoma endometrium, 23 cases of the atypical hyperplasia and 22 cases of the normal endometrium respectively.The restdt shows that the SP method to test the ER/PR has different result in carcinoma, atypical hyperplasia and normal endometrium. The expression of ER/PR in carcinoma is distinctly lower than that in the atypical hyperplasia and normal endometrium.Tbere is no significant different between the atypical hyperplasia and normal endometrium of the expression of ER/PR. However, there are significant different in the ER. PR expressions between normal endometrium and endometrial careinonm, and between atypical hyperplasia and endometrial careinoma, reflecting the special biological action of the tumor. SP method to test the expression of ER/PR has some special meaning to estimate the prognosis and supervises the treatment of the carcinoma of the uterine.
