| 摘 要： | 目的:评价联检端粒酶活性(TA)和DNA异倍体诊断恶性腹水的价值。方法:良、恶性腹水各57份,应用端粒重复序列扩增-杂交-酶联免疫分析法检测TA、流式细胞术检测DNA异倍体。结果:恶性腹水TA及DNA异倍体的阳性率为84.2%及73.7%,联检TA和DNA异倍体的阳性率为94.7%。结论:联检TA和DNA异倍体可进一步提高诊断恶性腹水的敏感性,更有益于良、恶性腹水的鉴别,联检的临床价值高于单一试验。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To appraise the value on combined determination of telomerase activity(TA) and DNA aneuploid for the diagnosis of malignant ascites.Methods:Telomeroc repeat amplification protocol-hybridism-enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and Flow cytometry were used to detect TA and DNA aneuploid in 57 cases of malignant ascites and 57 cases of benign ascites.Results:The positive rates of TA and DNA aneuploid were 84.2% and 73.7%.The positive rates about combined determination of TA and DNA aneuploid was 94.7%.Conclusion:Combined determination of TA and DNA aneuploid can make further improvement on the sensibility for the diagnosis of malignant ascites and the clinical value of combined index is higher than single index. |
