| 摘 要： | 目的：总结8例急性主动脉夹层动脉瘤经全弓置换合并象鼻支架手术术前后护理体会。方法：进行严密的血压监测控制,有效的疼痛治疗,心肺功能监测,以及术后病情的严密观察。结果：平均住院15～30天,无死亡病例。结论：有效处理是患者安全渡过危险期、手术期的保证。

| Abstract: | Objective: This paper summarizes the eight cases of acute aortic dissection after total arch replacement combined preoperative stenting trunk nurse patient,meticulous,reflecting the psychological care is the humane care of patients with a positive basis of curative care.Methods: Tight control of blood pressure monitoring and effective treatment of pain,cardiopulmonary monitoring,and strict observation of the disease after.Results: Average hopitalization is 15~30d,No deaths.Conclusion: Effective treatment is a danger of patient safety,operation period of the guarantee. |
