国产支架对食管恶性狭窄的疗效分析

目的 评价并比较国产食管内支架对食管恶性狭窄的治疗效果。方法 26例食管狭窄患，其中食管和贲门癌18例，食管—胃吻合口狭窄6例，食管狭窄伴纵隔和气管瘘各1例，均实施介入治疗。结果 26例食管狭窄或伴食管瘘患全部使用国产支架X线监视下经口腔一次置入成功。其中12例应用带膜支架。结论 国产食管支架在缓解食管狭窄、提高患生活质量上安全有效，值得推广。

Treatment of malignant esophageal strictures with Chinese made metallie stents

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of chinese made metallic internal stent in the tr eatment of malignant esophageal str ic-tures.Methods Twenty -six patients with exophagea l strictures which included 18esoph ageal and cardial carcinomas,6anastomotic mouth strictures of esophagus -stomach,1esophageal stricture associated wi th mediastinal fistula,and 1esophageal stricture associated with tra-cheal fistula underwent interventional therapy with transoral stent to be once inserted.Results All patients with malignant esophageal stric-tures or that associated with esophageal fistula met with success after t he chinese -made stents to be inserte d into esophagus,of them,12patients underwent the insert of the stents with membrane.Conclusion Chinese -made metallic stent is safe and effective to relieve the esophag-cal stricture and to improve the surv ival quality of the patients and therefore it is worthy to be recommendate d.[
