| Abstract: | Through statistical analysis on medical and health sci-tech novelty assessment which Sichuan Medical Information Institute evaluated during 2003-2011, the paper evaluates the situation and progress of Sichuan medical and health development from five aspects: typs, institute, subject, range, commissioned time of medical projects, finds the problems that existed in the novelty assessment work and puts forward relevant suggestions. |
