摘    要:目的:了解湘南地区泌尿生殖道感染沙眼衣原体分离株的基因型(血清型)分布情况。方法:应用聚合酶链反应和限制性片段长度多态性分析,对湘南部分地区泌尿生殖道感染沙眼衣原体病人的62份阳性标本进行了基因分型。结果:沙眼衣原体基因型中,E型25份,D型14份,F型9份,G型7份,J型4份;有3份不典型基因型,未进一步分型。结论:湘南地区泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的基因型别以E型为主,其次为D型、F型、G型、J型。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the distribution of Chlamydia trachomatis serovars from detected cases of Chlamydia trachomatis infection in partial cities in Southern Hunan Area.Methods:The major outer membrane protein gene of Chlamydia trachomatis was amplified by nested polymerase chain reaction(nPCR) from clinical specimens collected in Chenzhou city.Restriction fragmemt length polymorphism(RFLP) were analyzed after Alu I and Msp I,digestion.Results: Sixty-two specimens were amplified and genotyped by RFLP.The most prevalent genotype was serotype E(25),followed by D(14),F(9),G(7),J(4) and others(3)untypical.Conclusions: The distribution of Chlamydia trachomatis serovars in Southern Hunan Area was that the most prevalent genotype was serotype E,followed by D,F,G and J.
