解毒通络保肾胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病临床研究

为观察解毒通络保肾胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效,将 150例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用中西医综合治疗和西医基础治疗。治疗 12周后,观察患者症状积分、肾功能、血脂和血液流变学等指标变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为 86. 67%,对照组总有效率为73. 34%,治疗组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血肌酐、尿素氮、尿微量白蛋白排泄率、24h尿蛋白定量、尿单核细胞趋化蛋白 1、尿β2 MG、血压、胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血液流变学等指标的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0 .01或P<0 .05)。提示解毒通络保肾胶囊可有效用于治疗糖尿病肾病。

Clinical Study on Toxin-Relieving and Collateral-Unblocking and Kidney-Nourishing Capsule for Diabetic Nephropathy

To observe the clinical efficacy of toxin-relieving and collateral-unblocking and kidney-nourishing therapy for diabetic nephropathy, 150 subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which both Chinese and western medicines were given and control group in which only western medicine was given. After 12-week treatment, the symptom score, kidney function, blood lipid and blood rheology were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 86.67% in treatment group and 73.34% in control group; treatment group was superior to control group in the improvement of FBG, HbALc, CRE, BUN, urine albumin excretion rate, 24h urine total protein, urine MCP-1, TC, TG, HPL-c and LDL-C (P<0.05 or P<0.01). It is indicated that this therapy is effective for diabetic nephropathy.
