乙肝病毒感染者前S1蛋白和HBV—DNA相关性分析

目的探讨乙型病毒感染者前S1蛋白和HBV—DNA检测的相关性及临床价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）方法检测748例乙肝患者HBV—M和前S1蛋白，并与HBV—DNA做对比分析。结果在HBsAg／HBeAg／HBcAb均阳性的高复制组中，前S1蛋白阳性占86．9％，HBV—DNA阳性占98．2％；HBsAg／HBeAb／ABeAb均阳性的低复制组中，前S1蛋白阳性占31．1％，HBV—DNA阳性占416；HBsAb／HBeAh／HBcAb均阳性的康复组中，前S1蛋白和HBV—DNA均为阴性。前S1能够敏感地反映乙型肝炎病毒的复制情况，尤其可以反映HBeAg阴性的乙型肝炎患者是否有病毒复制。结论前S1能够敏感地反映乙型肝炎病毒的复制情况，尤其可以反映HBeAg阴性的乙型肝炎患者是否有病毒复制。

The Correlation analysis of pre - S1 protein and HBV - DNA in HBV infected patients

Objective To investigate the correlation between pre - S1 protein and the HBV - DNA test of the HBV patients and its clinical value. Method ELISA method was used to test the HBV - M and pre - S1 protein of 748 HBV patients and compare the results with the HBV - DNA. Results In the high copy group with positive of HBsAg/HBeAg/HBcAb, the pre - S1 protein positive rate is about 86.9%, HBV - DNA positive rate is 98.2% ; in the low copy group with positive of HBsAg/HBeAg/HBcAb, the pre - S1 protein positive rate is about 31. 1% ,HBV- DNA positive rate is 41.6%; in the recovery group with positive of HBsAg/HBeAg/HBcAb, both of the pre- S1 protein and HBV - DNA are negative. Conclusion pre - S1 protein can sensitively reflect the duplication of the HBV, especially when there axe virus duplication in the HBV patients with negative HBeAg.
