| 摘 要： | 目的研究凋亡抑制基因Survivin与抑癌基因p16在人星形细胞瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法利用免疫组化方法检测人星形细胞瘤Survivin及p16的表达，并对其表达与星形细胞瘤的病理学形态、组织学分级的关系进行分析。结果随着星形细胞瘤病理级别的增高．Survivin的阳性表达率及阳性表达强度逐渐增高（P〈0．01），P16的阳性表达率及阳性表达强度逐渐降低（P〈0．05）。结论p16的失活和Survivin的表达可能在星形细胞瘤的发生发展过程中起作用，可作为判断星形细胞瘤恶性程度和病理分级的辅助指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of survivin and p16 proteins in human astrocytoma and to evaluate its clinical significance. Methods The expressions of survivin and p16 were examined with SP immunohistochemical technique. Results The positive rate and the expression intensity of survivin was increased with the pathological grades of astrocytomas (P<0.01). On the contrary, the positive rate and the expression intensity of p16 was decreased with the tumor malignancy (P<0.05). Conclusion The deficit expression of p16 and the expression of survivin may play a role in the development of astrocytoma malignancy. It could be used as an assistant marker in pathological grading and prognosis of astrocytoma. |
