康莱特对大肠癌患者术后免疫功能的影响

目的探讨大肠癌患者术后应用康莱特对免疫功能的影响。方法８２例患者手术后按治疗措施不同随机分为单纯手术组、常规化疗组和康莱特组。手术前和术后３周抽静脉血测定并比较Ｔ细胞亚群（包括ＣＤ＋３、ＣＤ＋４、ＣＤ＋８及ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ＋８）的值并将所有患者术前指标做为患者组同５４例健康对照组比较。结果患者组术前与对照组相比，ＣＤ＋３、ＣＤ＋４、ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ＋８细胞数减少（Ｐ＜０．０１）而ＣＤ＋８细胞无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。术后患者组上述指标均显著上升（Ｐ＜０．０１），且不同术后处理组升高程度不同，康莱特组的ＣＤ＋３、ＣＤ＋４、ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ＋８较其余两组有显著差异。结论康莱特可显著改善大肠癌患者术后的Ｔ细胞亚群值并优于单纯手术和常规术后化疗法。

Effect of kanglaite on Immunologic Function of Postoperative Patients with Large Intestine Cancer

Objective To evaluate the effect of kanglaite treatment on immune function of patients with large intestine cancer (LIC) postoperatively. Methods We selected 54 healthy volunteers as control group and 82 LIC paticnts as patient group. According to different postopertive treatment the patient group was randomly divided into the operationonly group, the normal chemotherapy group and kanglaite group. Then took their venous blood to detect and compare the level of T-lymphcyte subset (T-LS) including CD 3CD 4CD 8 and CD 4/CD 8. The patients group's blood was sampled before and 3 weeks after operation. Results Compared with control group the patient group had significant decrease of CD 3CD 4CD 4/CD 8 before operation (P<0.01). After operation all above index obviously inereased (P<0.01). We observed there was significant difference between kanglaite group and other two groups (P<0.01). Conclusions Kanglaite can significartly improve the immune function of postoperative patients with LIC and it is super ior to just operation or normal chemotherapy.
