次全切口切开法重睑成形术

目的：介绍一种简便有效、恢复快的次全切口重睑成形术。详细阐述了该方法的手术要点、重睑术所遵循的原则等。方法：术前灵活定位，局麻下做长约20mm小切口．去除切口内部分眼轮匝肌及睑板前脂肪，将上睑皮肤与睑板固定。结果：采用该法手术89例，效果满意。术中应严格遵循无创操作，宁窄勿宽，对过度依赖额肌的受术者术前术后进行睁眼训练。结论：次全切口重睑术创伤小，恢复快，是一种简便有效的方法。

The Oriental Blepharoplasey with Subtotal Incision

Objective: The double eyelid operation (the oriental blepharoplasty) with subtotal incision was introduced. The operative key points and principles were discussed in detail. Methods; A subtotal incision about 20mm was made in the upper eyelid. Partial muscular and fatty tissues were removed,and the eyelid skin was fixed to the tarsus. A group patient was analyzed using retrospective cohort study method. Results:89 patients were operated with this method. The result was satisfied. A traumatic manipulation should be respected. Over correction must be prevented. Conclusion:The double eyelid operation with subtotal incision is a simple and effective method.
